For those unfamiliar, Danone is a French multinational food-products corporation known for its innovative, health-focused foods and drinks.
Our team was tasked with redesigning their global careers website in line with their new employer branding guidelines.
We needed to apply the new branding to the existing website while improving the user experience, without altering the site's structure or functionality. Additionally, everything had to be implemented within the Adobe Experience Manager enterprise software.
The main challenge was to provide content managers worldwide with enough flexibility and authority over their content while maintaining a consistent experience throughout the website. We addressed this by creating reusable modules designed for consistency.
After meeting the international team lead in Barcelona, we conducted a UX audit to identify areas for improvement. We then inventoried the components in use, sketched improved versions, created wireframes, and refined the guidelines for digital application. Through an iterative process, we developed final designs, which were handed off to the French development team.
The result is a sleek new careers website with an enhanced look and feel and an improved user experience, making it easier for new talent to apply for meaningful work at Danone. Happy applying!
